Perfect to make architectural models, frame artwork & photos, and make decorative frames. To make architectural models, use the NT 45 Degree Bevel Mat Board Cutter for Straight Lines and cut mat boards into 45 degree bevel edges to join the edges together for a neat corner. For circle or oval cutting, use the NT 45 Degree Bevel Mat Circle Cutter, that cuts perfect circles ranging 7-7/8" ~ 24-3/16" in diameter and ovals ranging 6-11/16" x 8-1/4" ~ 14-15/16" x 16-9/16" with 45 degree bevel. Blade depth can be adjusted depending on the thickness of the material to be cut. Refill blade for oval and circle mat board cutter is made of high quality carbon tool steel and for 45 degree cutter with straight line is made from chromium and tungsten added carbon tool steel for higher abrasion resistance. NT professional blades are produced through multiple stages of precise process to obtain the ultimate sharpness and optimum edge-retention. Made in Japan.
