These are designed to scrape plastic surfaces to reach enough depth to snap apart. Convenient tools are mostly used in the construction industry for industrial applications. With sharp edge precision blade, it's used as a precision knife for precision trimming jobs such as plastic edge trim. Simple design also makes it easy for personal DIY projects as well. NT's precision knife blade is made of high quality carbon tool steel, and the plastic cutting blade is made from high quality chromium and tungsten added carbon tool steel for higher abrasion resistance. All blades are produced through multiple stages of precise process to obtain the ultimate sharpness and optimum edge-retention. Made in Japan.
